- 8 Guavas (very ripe)
- 1-1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 Egg whites
- Arrope or berry syrup
- Sprinkles and/or coconut flakes
Peel the guavas with a vegetable peeler.
Remove the seeds and keep the meaty parts.
Put the guava pieces in a large bowl, mix with the sugar and mash with a fork until everything is pureed.
Alternatively, cut the guavas in halves, place them in the blender and blend until it is finely pureed.
Strain the puree and use an electric mixer to mix in the sugar.
Add the egg whites to the guava and sugar puree, mix using the electric mixer until the texture is stiff and creamy
Add toppings and serve immediately.
