- Precooked cornmeal - 1 cup
- Feta cheese (crumbled) - 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
- Butter (softened) - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cassava flour, precooked cornmeal, crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, softened butter, eggs, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Mix the ingredients together until a soft, sticky dough forms.
Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls or rounds, about 2 inches in diameter.
Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Pan de Bono is golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
