- 100g white chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate, chopped
- 100g mini oreo cookies, halved
- 100g raspberry jellies, chopped
- 50g pink and white marshmallows, halved
- 40g cherry ripe bars, coarsely chopped
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Melt the white and milk chocolates separately in a heatproof bowls over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir with a metal spoon until chocolate melts. Pour in a marbled pattern over the lined tray.
Sprinkle chocolate with cookies, jellies, marshmallows and cherry ripe. Set aside for 1 hour or until completely set. Break into shards to serve.
