- Dark chocolate – 250gms/ 1½ cups approx.
- Cream – 100ml/ ½ cup approx.
- Whipping cream – 300ml/ 1⅓ cups
- Sugar (fine grain) – 60gms/4tbsp
- Vanilla extract – few drops
- Grated chocolate – for garnish
Melt chocolate and 100ml cream in a double boiler and remove when it dissolves completely.
Mix whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract and thick it tills it froths. Now fold in the melted chocolate and pour it into cups. Garnish with some grated chocolate. Refrigerate and once chilled serve.
