Food Wiki
Indulge in the best of both worlds with these delightful Funfetti cookies that let you enjoy the taste of cake without the hassle. This brilliant trick transforms a cake mix into irresistibly chewy birthday cookies. Not only are they much easier and quicker to make than baking and decorating a cake, but you can also conveniently double the recipe or prepare it in advance! If you prefer to plan ahead, simply scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place it in the freezer. Once the dough balls are completely frozen, transfer them to a resealable plastic bag. The best part? There's no need to thaw the dough before baking! Just transfer the frozen dough to another parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake as usual. The cookies may require a few extra minutes in the oven, but the end result will be absolutely worth it.
