Baked Yogurt Recipe
A creamy and rich dessert made with a simple blend of yogurt, condensed milk, and cream, gently baked until set. This easy-to-make dish offers a smooth, custard-like texture with a mildly tangy flavor, perfect for finishing off a meal or serving as an elegant, sweet treat.

- ½ cup or 125 gm yoghurt
- 1/4 cup or 100 gm condensed milk
- ½ cup or 125 gm cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk together yogurt, cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract. Mix them nicely and then pour in individual oven-proof cups/ramekins. Place them in a deep roasting tray.
Pour water up till half the height of the cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ̊C for 20 to 25 minutes or till it is firm to touch. Bring to room temperature and then chill them in the refrigerator.
You may top it up with fresh fruits or any fruit sauce of your choice, in our case we use fresh mango puree. Keep mint leaves and berries for garnish along with mango.
